Object of Attention

Yesterday I posted a snapshot of a photographer intend upon his subject. These two women, especially the one with very long hair, attracted much attention. The photographer spent a great deal of time capturing their image.

  2. Hmmm ..interesting. Did they know? I know you have every right to take pictures of people in a public space (or private with public access) but anything beyond a couple of snaps will normally get the attention of the subject. Always touchy.

Nice hair and very photogenic face.

  3. Snapshutter, Hmmm...why do you assume that perhaps this was not taken with permission? Curious.

  4. You're right, I shouldn't assume. The telephoto made me think he was shooting from a distance, which of course doesn't necessarily imply they weren't having some sort of photo session, or even just some impromptu snaps, with permission. I've been reading to much on the subject of photographers' rights, and its making me a bit cautious.

You got me...I did not think this was what I would see being photographed at the zoo! Beautiful ladies.

  8. We had a photographer doing a shoot of a young lady in our neck of the woods the other day. I couldn't believe how much time and effort went into it.
